Storage and post-harvest: the same readings, indoors
The same temperature and humidity readings, in the storage space.

Harvest does not end the measurement. In a store, temperature and relative humidity decide how long the crop keeps its quality, and both drift slowly enough that nobody notices until the damage is visible.
The same S2101 sensors work indoors: LoRaWAN passes through the walls of an ordinary building, so a gateway already mounted for the field usually covers the store as well, with no extra infrastructure.
The value is in the history and in the alert, not in the instantaneous reading. You see the trend over weeks and you get an email when a threshold is crossed, with the reading on record, which matters when the quality of a batch has to be defended in front of a buyer.
